Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A, “J”, “K, L”, and “M” are those who have operated a commercial sex acts establishment by leasing officetels, and Defendant B and D are those who have worked as the head of the said commercial sex acts establishment and as the president.
1. On September 6, 2017, Defendant A conspired with the above D to advertise a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name of “J”, Defendant D, who was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of the imprisonment of six months at the Seoul Western District Court on September 6, 2017 (Defendant A was investigated and tried as a business owner on behalf of Defendant A) and was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of the imprisonment of two years (Article 512 of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Central Building from March 2017 to May Haman, 2017 and Article 1701 of the Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government OO Building 1701, which employs sexual traffic women as female sex trafficking, Internet site “S”, “T”, and “U”, and then, Defendant A’s course received the above KRW 600,000,000,000,000,000 male customers and KRW 230,000,00.

2. Defendant A and Defendant B
A.
