Reasons
1. Circumstances and results of the appraisal;
A. The Plaintiffs are the owners of each land indicated in the “subject matter” column in the table 1 below (hereinafter “each of the instant land”). Plaintiff A had engaged in the business of gas stationing (hereinafter “E”) with the trade name named “E” on each of the instant land owned by himself/herself.

C. The Gyeonggi-do Local Land Tribunal’s ruling of expropriation on October 27, 2014 (hereinafter “instant adjudication of expropriation”): The subject of compensation: The respective land of this case owned by the Plaintiffs, the obstacles of the Plaintiff A, and the compensation for losses incurred for the instant business - Compensation for losses: The amount of the adjudication of expropriation indicated in the table 1 below is as follows.

D. The court's entrustment to appraiser H (hereinafter "court's appraisal"): The compensation amount for each of the lands of this case, the compensation amount for the decline in the value of each of the remaining lands of this case owned by plaintiffs B and D, the compensation amount for the obstacles and business of plaintiffs A - The compensation amount for each of the lands of this case, the compensation amount for the damages of this case, the obstacles of this case and the compensation amount for suspension of work for the business of this case as stated in the "court's appraisal amount" in the table 1 below. The compensation amount for the decline in the value of each of the remaining lands of this case owned by plaintiffs B and D is as stated in the "court's appraisal amount" in the table 2 below.
However, with respect to the instant business at the request of the Plaintiff A.
