1. As to the Plaintiffs’ money stated in the “recognized Amount” column in the separate sheet and each of the said money, the Defendant will make the same.
Reasons
1. Circumstances and results of the appraisal;
A. The Plaintiffs are the owners of each land indicated in the “land subject to accommodation” column (hereinafter “each land of this case”) in the table 1, located below the next X-si, Y. The Plaintiffs are the owners of each land (hereinafter “each land of this case”).

C, H, and J own trees on their own land, and Plaintiff M and T own a house by planting trees on the ground, such as their own land.
(hereinafter the sum of the trees owned by Plaintiff C, H, J, M, and T is “the instant trees,” and the obstacles other than the trees owned by the Plaintiff M and T are “the obstacles other than the trees of this case,” and all of them are collectively “the obstacles of this case.”

C. The Central Land Tribunal’s ruling of expropriation on May 22, 2014 (hereinafter “the instant ruling of expropriation”): Compensation for losses for each of the obstacles in the instant case owned by the Plaintiffs - Compensation for losses: The amount of compensation for losses for each of the obstacles in each of the instant land is as indicated in the column for “the amount of adjudication of expropriation” in the table 1 below. The amount of compensation for losses for each of the obstacles in the instant case owned by Plaintiffs C, H, J, M, and T is as indicated in the column for “amount of adjudication of expropriation” in the table 2.

D. As a result of the appraiser A’s appraisal (hereinafter “court appraisal”) - The appraiser A is subject to appraisal: The amount of compensation for each of the obstacles in the instant case owned by the Plaintiff C, H, J, M, and T: The amount of compensation for each of the obstacles in each of the instant lands is as indicated below in the “court appraisal amount” in the table 1, and each of the obstacles in the instant case owned by the Plaintiff C, H, J, M, and T.
