The Central Land Tribunal’s ruling of expropriation on May 22, 2014 (hereinafter “the instant ruling of expropriation”): Compensation for losses for each of the obstacles in the instant case owned by the Plaintiffs - Compensation for losses: The amount of compensation for losses for each of the obstacles in each of the instant land is as indicated in the column for “the amount of adjudication of expropriation” in the table 1 below. The amount of compensation for losses for each of the obstacles in the instant case owned by Plaintiffs C, H, J, M, and T is as indicated in the column for “amount of adjudication of expropriation” in the table 2.

As a result of the appraiser A’s appraisal (hereinafter “court appraisal”) - The appraiser A is subject to appraisal: The amount of compensation for each of the obstacles in the instant case owned by the Plaintiff C, H, J, M, and T: The amount of compensation for each of the obstacles in each of the instant lands is as indicated below in the “court appraisal amount” in the table 1, and each of the obstacles in the instant case owned by the Plaintiff C, H, J, M, and T.
