Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2016, at around 00:10, the Defendant: (a) prevented the business owner C from photographing the victim F in a video screen with the victim’s assaulting in Chof located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju; (b) prevented the victim from photographing the victim F; and (c) threatened the victim’s face by taking action as if the victim were to be exposed, on the ground that the victim prevented the Defendant; (d) threatening the victim’s face; (e) by taking action as if he was shot; and (e) threatening the victim’s cigarette to be sealed.
