Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around July 25, 2014, the Defendant assaulted, within the main point of “D” located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, on July 25, 2014, the Defendant’s father and wife coming from the day to the victim E (20 years of age) of the victim, by taking the head of the victim, leading the victim.
