A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed assault to the victim E (58) who is a resident surveillance personnel of the Center to load the Defendant’s waste transport vehicle on the Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si; (b) to control the entry into the cover of the vehicle, such as the victim E (58) who is a resident surveillance personnel of the Center; (c) to the victim E; and (d) to the victim E, “When the victim’s head part of the victim’s head can be cut off to the floor; (d) to remove the victim’s inside, and to remove the vehicle from the victim’s breast-si, who is a public official of the victim’s head; (e) to move the vehicle out of, and to the left of, the victim’s lock-si, who was under the control of the victim’s walk-si, and to remove the vehicle into, the victim’s walk-out and the victim’s walk-out to the victim’s left, and (e) to remove the vehicle into, the victim’s walk-out to the victim’s left.

As a result, the Defendant committed violence against the victim E, committed unclaimed images to the victim F, and interfered with the victim's waste control and monitoring duty of the victim's waste center's access vehicle surveillance personnel for 40 minutes by force.
