Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 18:55 on January 30, 2014, the Defendant publicly insulting the police officer slope D and E in the presence of the police officer on official duty at around 25 minutes, including the following: (a) a slope D, a police officer called “a sprinke”, “a sprinke”, “nicker,” and “nicker”, in order for the Defendant to have the Defendant returned home.
