Punishment of the crime

Violation of the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (personal information leakage, etc.) provides that the Defendant would arbitrarily access an account under another person’s name to the “w. w. 2s.co. kr,” which is a site that trades the game money of the “Korea Game,” which is the Internet game site. On 2009, the Defendant provided 8 million won to the needy person known through the Internet at a place that cannot be known at around 2009 and 7,849 personal information that was leaked, and the ID and password of the said “Korea Game” site.
