Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2, 2013, from around 14:00 to 15:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) laid the Defendant’s seat in the Cnegative seated in B from around August 14:2, 2013; (b) laid the Defendant’s seat in the seat adjacent to the right side of the entrance where the film station train is viewed; and (c) laid the Defendant’s seat in the presence of a large number of visitors, such as a woman’s male and female, and then laid down his sexual organ, and committed an obscene act by openly booming it in his hand.

2. On May 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 14:50 permanent residence, around 14:50, up to 10 female students, such as FF High School G teachers of the above high school, at the Ylesan, 10 female students, such as G teachers of the above high school (at 30 years of age) were off and up to her string, and (b) took off her sexual organ to her her string, and committed an obscene act by openly her hand.
