A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 1, 2015, at the C convenience store located in Ansan-si, Mayang-si, Mayang-si, Mayang-si, the Defendant used the instant convenience store to engage in an obscene act openly by taking out his sexual organ and booming it by hand, while he was eating it, among the above convenience store D.

2. Around 10:00 on August 9, 2015, the Defendant openly committed an obscene act by taking out his sexual organ and scambling it in secret in the “F” coffee shop located in the Manan-gu Mayang-si, Mayang-si, Mayang-si, with drinking water.

3. Around 10:00 on August 15, 2015, the Defendant openly committed an obscene act by taking his/her sexual organ in hand and scambling it in a “I” coffee shop located in the Mana-gu Hayangyang-si, Mayang-si, Mayang-si.

4. Around 13:00 on August 16, 2015, the Defendant openly committed an obscene act by taking out his/her sexual organ in his/her hand and scambling it in the “L” coffee shop located in K of the Mayang-gu Manyang-si, Mayang-si.

5. On November 15, 2015, at around 17:50 on November 15, 2015, the Defendant openly committed an obscene act by cutting his sexual organ into his hand and scaming it in a scam, among the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1), when he gets involved in drinking water, and then drinking water.

6. On March 19, 2016, the Defendant used “O” convenience stores located in the Gu N during Ansan-si on the following occasions: (a) the Defendant used World Cup, among the employees of the above convenience stores, carried hand in to n with her hand, and used her sexual organ by self-defacing and shaking it; and (b) the Defendant used her sexual organ by openly committing an obscene act.
