Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 10, 2012, around 19:30 on August 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) laid off the PC on the fourth floor of the building B in Osan-si; and (b) laid down the PC on the seat adjacent to the seat; and (c) carried out an obscene act by cutting the sexual organ into his hand with his hand, and then skeing it below the above.
