A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 270,000 won from the victim to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant, and acquired it by fraud. From around that time to December 27, 2013, the Defendant received 5,400,000 won in total from the victims to the bank account in the name of the Defendant or the national bank account through 24 times from the victims, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the money to the victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 140,000 won from the victim to the single bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.
