Defendant

A is the head of the investigation team leader of the "K (hereinafter referred to as the "K")'s non-profit private organizations for the purpose of monitoring the marine environment, etc. located in J and 202 at Gyang-si, and Defendant B is the head of the above K K', and Defendant C is the publisher of the online newspaper, and Defendant C is the head of the above K's headquarters.

1. 가. 피해자 ㈜Q에 대한 범행 피고인들은 2016. 1. 26. 광양시 R에 있는 피해자 주식회사 Q 광양 조선소에 위 조선소 앞 바다에 기름 부산물과 도료( 페인트) 가 섞인 유 막이 유출되어 심각한 수질오염이 발생하였다는 취지의 문서 및 사진을 보낸 후, 2016. 1. 28. 18:30 경 광양시 S에 있는 T 식당에서, 위 광양 조선소의 이사 U에게 위 유출 건과 관련하여 얘기를 하면서 ’K 이 발족했는데 후원금을 지원해 달라‘ 고 말하며 이에 불응하면 위와 같은 사실을 관련기관에 고발하거나 신문에 기사화 할 것 같은 태도를 보였다.
