Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, as to Defendant B, it shall be for five years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are foreigners of the Republic of Uzbekistan nationality, who are not annually responsible for narcotics, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendants had the mind to sell the “4F-MDM-BUINACA” (one name “Sphice”; hereinafter “Sphice”) under JWH-018 similar chain, psychotropic drugs, and Defendant B received the time and place of sale of “Sphices” from Party C, which was located on September 2, 2020, and notified the Defendant A of the date and place of sale of the “Sphices”.
