A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Daegu District Court for larceny and completed the execution of the sentence on May 8, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Daegu District Court on April 26, 2011, and was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor at the same court on September 28, 2011 and completed the execution of the sentence on May 8, 201 after the said judgment became final and conclusive.

On January 10, 2014, the Daegu District Court sentenced one year and six months to imprisonment for violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Correctional Institution on March 26, 2015.

1. Embezzlements of lost possession;

A. From June 5, 2015 to 19:17 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) obtained one copy of the Daegu-gu department store located in the same-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the victim C (the age of 19) was lost on the front of the Daegu-gu department store; and (b) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the victim to the victim; and (c) embezzled it on his/her own thought.

B. On June 18, 2015, from around 02:00 to 03:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) obtained one new card in the name of the victim D (the age of 24) on the road near the 2.28 park located in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) embezzled that he/she had without following necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (c) embezzled it.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and the Defendant purchased on June 5, 2015, tobacco at the “F convenience store” located in Jung-gu, Daegu on June 19:17, 2015, with the horses equivalent to KRW 22,500, 500, and the Defendant purchased 5.
