A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Daejeon District Court, and is currently pending in the appellate trial.

1. Embezzlements of lost possession;

A. On August 201, the Defendant: (a) obtained one driver’s license from the victim M on the front side of the Daegu Siwon-ro 58, Seocheon-ro, Daegu Siwon-gu, Daegu, 201; and (b) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (c) did so.

B. On March 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) obtained one driver’s license for the victim who lost N on the front side of the Daegu Bank’s monthly distribution point located in Daegu-dong, Seocheon-gu; and (b) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (c) did so.

C. On January 2014, the Defendant: (a) obtained one credit card (credit card No. P) in the name of the injured party, which was lost by the injured party’sO in the e-mail-ro, Seogu, Daegu-ro 92, and returned it to the injured party; (b) did not take necessary procedures; and (c) did so.

2. On October 21, 201, the Defendant, at the S Job Placement Office located in the Daegu-gu S Job Placement Office, obtained a driver’s license for M and held it as described in the paragraph 1-A of the above 1, thereby obtaining M and taking M and taking it into account M and M., the Defendant acquired KRW 808,000 from the victim to the sum six times in total, as described in the attached Table of Crimes (1).

3. On December 5, 201, the Defendant against the victim T is against M at a neighboring construction site of Daegu Bank located in 6-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as described in the foregoing 1-A.
