Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants attempted to borrow money from the Defendant as collateral for the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building D (hereinafter “instant real estate”). On November 12, 2015, the lease deposit under the lease contract concluded with the lessee F is excessive to KRW 80 million and it is anticipated that it would be difficult to borrow money as collateral for the instant real estate. As such, the Defendants conspired to forge the lease contract as if the amount of the lease deposit was lowered and the monthly payment was concluded.

On August 24, 2017, the Defendants prepared for the form of real estate lease agreement at the office located in G in the original city of the State, but Defendant A prepared for the form of real estate lease. Defendant B stated “F million won” in the deposit column of real estate lease agreement using the shot-lick-lick-lick-lick-lick-lick-lick-lick-lick-lick-lick-lick-kick-kick-kick-kick-kick-kick-kick-kick

As a result, the Defendants conspired to forge a real estate lease agreement in the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering.

2. Defendant A

A. On August 24, 2017, the Defendant presented a forged real estate lease contract as described in paragraph (1) to H, who is aware of the forgery, at the office located in the original city of the original State, as if it were a document that was duly formed, and exercised the document by having H provide a copy thereof to H to deliver it to E.

B. The Defendant was guilty on or around August 24, 2017.

When issuing a forged real estate lease contract as described in the paragraph to H, H through H, the victim E is residing in Seoul Guro-gu Seoul Building D.

Other lease agreements were not concluded.

The money to be provided as security for the above real estate is leased.
