1. Interference with business;

가. 피고인은 2014. 10. 초순 14:00경 군산시 C에 있는 피해자 D이 운영하는 ‘E’ 식당에서 피해자가 피고인에게 술을 팔지 않는다는 이유로 그 곳 냉장고에서 피해자의 허락 없이 소주를 꺼내 마시면서 심한 욕설을 하고 “나는 사람을 죽여도 교도소 안 간다. 내가 역전 깡패를 아는데 나한테 꼼짝 못한다.” 등 소리를 질러 위 식당에 있던 손님들을 나가게 하고 위 식당에 들어오려는 손님들을 들어오지 못하게 하는 등 행패를 부려 위력으로 피해자의 식당 영업 업무를 방해하였다.

B. On October 19, 2014, the Defendant, at around 14:00, obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force, by driving force, such as smoking tobacco at the “H” restaurant operated by the victim G in the Gunsan-siF, taking a serious bath for other customers, and taking a physical disease.

C. At around 15:30 on November 3, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force on the grounds that the victim D does not sell alcohol to the Defendant at the above “E restaurant.”

2. Definating;

A. On October 19, 2014, the Defendant reported 112 at the above H’s restaurant on October 14:30, 2014, and was asked questions about the reasons for the report by the victim J(43 years of age) (a police box affiliated with the Gunsan Police Station I police station) who was dispatched pursuant to the said report, and publicly insulting the victim by publicly insulting the victim by stating that the victim “Ye, schipia, and schipia” is “Ye, schipia, and schipia.”

B. On October 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 13:40 on October 21, 2014, at the K Apartment Management Office of the Gunsan-si, reported 112, and called the Defendant to return home from the victim L (age 56) (a police box belonging to the Gunsan Police Station that was called the Defendant, at around 13:40, at the Gunsan-si Office of Management, and received a request for returning home from the victim; and
