1. The defendant shall, with respect to the real estate stated in the attached list 1 and 2 to the plaintiff A Saemaul Association, and the plaintiff B Saemaul Association.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Since the development of C in 530 years prior to the development of C, the term “F” was changed to “G” with “G” in 1914, as well as “H” in the mid-1950s, and was changed to “A” by the Ordinance of the United States Armed Forces on July 1, 1988.
B. Since the development of I around 1215, the former Simsi B was called “J” with “G” in 1914, and was divided into “K” in the mid-1950s, and was changed into “B” by the Ordinance of the United States Armed Forces on July 1, 198.
C. The residents of the Gu and America held a village event with the head of Dong or Dong or Ri as the representative of the Dong or Dong, for the benefit of their common convenience, welfare, and friendship.

E. The real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 3 as well as the L/C land located in the Gyeongbuk-gun, Chungcheongnam-do prior to replotting (land substitution was made on June 1, 1971 and substituted by the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 26, Jun. 26, 2013) was under the name of “G” under the Land Survey Ordinance. The registration of preservation of ownership was completed in the name of “G” as the receipt of the old Daegu District Court No. 5112, Sept. 22, 1964.
