Reasons
Punishment of the crime

In response to such proposals, the Defendant collected the money deposited from the victim and delivered it to E, etc. at any convenience store in the central Dong of the Dong-gu, Ansan-si, and any bank located in the Dong-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon.
Accordingly, the defendant was delivered property by deceiving the victim in collusion with E, etc.
