1. Around December 23, 2018, the Defendant posted an advertisement to the effect that he sells online game money by accessing “B” to “B” online game in a closed place, and made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would transfer the relevant game money to the victim C who had contacted the game money.”
However, even if the defendant received the payment from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to pay the game money.
As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 300,000 won from his own corporate bank account (D) under the name of the victim as a game money, and from that time to February 23, 2019, a list of crimes committed in attached Form from that time.
