Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On December 17, 2015, the Defendant, at the Seoul Western District Court, sentenced the Defendant to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (psychotropic Affairs) and completed the execution of the imprisonment on April 2, 2016.

【Criminal Facts】

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On April 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold psychotropic drugs on the front side of “D Bank” located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si; (b) approximately 2.8gg of psychotropic drugs, Mepters (tentatively referred to as “philopon”; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”); and (c) 1 million won in cash, from E.

2. Around 02:00 to 03:00 on April 11, 2016, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1) into a diversing machine and divers, and injected psychotropic drugs by the Defendant’s injection into the divers bloodline.

3. At around 03:00 on April 18, 2016, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs at the same place as the foregoing paragraph 2, and upon dilution of approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased, such as the foregoing paragraph 1, with a single-use divers, and injection to the Defendant’s upper blood cells.

4. At around 11:10 on April 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased “H” 403 rooms located in Gu, the Government-si; and (b) stored approximately 2.58gg of the remaining phiphonephones after being administered as prescribed in the foregoing 1 paragraph (1) in plastic bags; and (c) possessed psychotropic drugs.
