Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

[2016 Highest 2723] Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.

1. Defendant A

A. At around 00:30 on March 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) put approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs from F in a single-use injection machine; (b) psychotropic drugs by having B in injection into the Defendant’s arms bloodline; and (c) psychotropic drugs by having B in injection into the Defendant’s arms bloodline.

B. At around 02:30 on the same day as the above paragraph (a) above, the Defendant put approximately 0.03g of philophones received from G into a single-use injection machine, added them into a new-use injection instrument, added them into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion, and administered psychotropic drugs.

C. At around 01:00 on March 24, 2016, the Defendant injected psychotropic drugs by inserting approximately 0.03g of philophones received from G into a single-use injection machine, dilution with bio-treatment, and administering them into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.

On April 21, 2016, the Defendant injected psychotropic drugs by inserting approximately 0.05g philopon into three parts of the disposable-si H around the new wall on April 21, 2016, and dilutioning them into their own arms with J and B, respectively.

E. On April 21, 2016, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs at the “L hotel” room located in K of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, by raising the volume of scopphones on the scopic and raising the smoke generated by heating the scopic into the scopic.

F. The Defendant, at the same time and place as above, put about 0.05g philophones into two for a single-use injection machine, dilution with biocom, and administered psychotropic drugs by injection into the blood cells B and each of them.

G. On April 24, 2016, the Defendant is a “N hotel” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M.
