At around 00:30 on November 13, 2013, the Defendant driven B car-owned vehicles at the 2km section from the 2km to the road of the Busan Flag located at the Busan Flag, Busan Flag, in front of the Busan Flag Stlag, in the Dobong-si, Seocheon-si, Gyeongcheon-si, in a state of alcohol of 0.225 percent of alcohol content.
