A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around 00:40 on November 16, 2014, the Defendant: (b) driven the said taxi in front of the smuggling-dong, Gambalk-si; (c) around 03:25 on the same day, the Defendant was on board the said taxi as a customer, and was front of the gas charging station in the Gambalcheon-si, Gambalcheon-si, Gambalcheon-si, Gambalk-si, Gambalk-si, Gambalk-si, Gambalk-si, Gambalk-si, and then cut the said taxi in front of the C, while driving the said taxi in front of the Stambalk-si, the victim 7,000,000 won at the market price of Seongdong-si, Co., Ltd., Ltd.

2. On November 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stolen the above taxi and escaped to Busan Myeonkdok; and (b) on November 16, 2014, the Gyeongbuk Provincial Police Agency guard, guard and traffic of the highway patrol team, and assistant F, and assistant G, a slope belonging to the Highway patrol team, on board the H police vehicle, led to approximately 40 kilometers of the taxi driving of the Defendant; and (c) thereafter, the three police vehicles for arresting the Defendant were additionally supported, and the 4th police vehicles, a total of 56 kilometers of the taxi driving of the Defendant, 56 kilometers.

On November 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven the above taxi at around 04:10, and was at a point 133 kilometers near the Daegu ICT, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Busan-do, Busan-do, where it was in the direction of 133 kilometers; (b) the Defendant stopped a taxi surrounded by the four police vehicles; (c) four police officers, such as slopeF and slope G, attempted to open a taxi, but the gate was not opened; (d) four police officers, who were demanded by the police officers to leave the taxi, were approaching the two sides of the said taxi and approach the front side of the taxi and rear, thereby threatening the police officers by departing the said taxi, which is dangerous, from the front side of the said taxi; and (d) the police officers immediately stopped along the right side of the said taxi.
