The Defendant entered into a sales agency contract with the victim B and the victim, and was in charge of the conclusion of the sales contract and the collection of the sales price.

1. The Defendant committed the following crimes by forging and using a sales contract as if he were to receive an amount less than the sales amount to be received from the buyers while acting as a sales agent for the said “C building”. Around August 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) concluded a contract with D to sell “402,00,000 won” to D; (b) prepared a sales contract with D to reduce the sales price of KRW 150,500,000 to KRW 1500,000; (c) forged a private document on rights and obligations by sealing the seal of B and D in the name of the seller, buyer, and D; (d) delivered it to B without knowledge of the circumstances; (c) used the balance of KRW 4,00,000 among the balance delivered from D at the same place for business purpose on November 25, 2012; and (d) embezzled the balance for the personal use of KRW 2,000,000,000,000 to KRW 3,50,000,000,0000,000,0000,000,000,000).
