Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) around January 2012, the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Branch of Law Firm 1597-4, the second floor of the Seocho-gu, and its employees, who are unable to know the name, shall conspired with D’s representative director E who sells the 16th floor of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Building and the head of the F Company’s headquarters who vicariously sells the above 16th floor, and shall not be entitled to exercise the authority at D’s office 16th floor and A-14th unit of the above building; (b) the Defendant prepared a sales contract for each unit of the above 16th floor and D-13th unit of the building; and (c) prepared a sales contract for each unit of the above 16th unit and D-14th unit of the building; and (d) prepared a false sales contract for each of the above 2nd units of the building; and (d) prepared a false sales contract for each of the above 19th units of the building and 2th unit of the building in Seoul; and (d) prepared a forged B-16th unit of the building in Seoul.

However, the defendant prepares each contract for the sale and supply concerning each of the above stores.
