A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 21, 2015, at around 02:55, the Defendant driven a f car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.194% without a driver’s license on the section of approximately 3.97km from the 3.97km-ro, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, 31-ro, to the roads front of the 71-lane, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, to the roads front of the funeral home in Daejeon, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.194% without a driver’s license.

2. On April 21, 2015, the Defendant was required to present his/her driver’s license by the security guards assigned to the Daejeon Middle Police Station G police box, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report of a motor vehicle accident on a drinking-driving on the roads in front of the E funeral hall located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon.

The defendant, who was in possession for the purpose of hiding the fact of driving without a license, presented the first-class ordinary driver's license for I under the name of the commissioner of the Daejeon Provincial Police Agency, as if he was the defendant's driver's license for the defendant, and illegally displayed the official document.

3. On April 21, 2015, at around 03:55, the Defendant forged a private document, and the uttering of a private document: (a) when the Defendant was controlled by drinking driving on the roads in front of his/her funeral hall located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Police Station Investigation Division of Traffic Accidents and Investigation of Traffic Accidents (J), issued I’s personal information to the police officer belonging to the Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Police Station; and (b) signed the above I’s signature on the signature column of “report on detection of drinking drivers” and “report on the circumstantial statement of drinking drivers” prepared by the said I; and (c) issued the forged “the report on detection of drinking drivers” and “the report on the circumstantial statement of drinking drivers” to the saidJ as if it was duly established.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as a private document related to the certification of facts, forged one copy of the “Report on Exemplary Drivers” and “Report on Exemplary Drivers’ Statement” under the said I, and exercised it.

4. On November 201, 2014, the Defendant is in the name of the Commissioner of the Daejeon Provincial Police Agency, in which the victim I lost on the alleyway near Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu.
