A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 4, 2013, at around 23:50 on November 4, 2013, the Defendant driven C cab under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.292% at the section of approximately 3km from the Do in front of the Hanyang-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon to the roads in front of the Jung-gu, Daejeon Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City), in the direction of approximately 3km.

2. On November 15, 2013, the Defendant under the influence of alcohol was under the influence of alcohol by the police in accordance with paragraph (1) and was demanded by the competent police to attend the Daejeon Middle Police Station. On November 15, 2013, the Defendant driven a C-cab under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.214% in the section of approximately 3 km from the Do in front of the Seopo-dong Hanyang-dong, Daejeon, Seopo-dong, Daejeon, Daejeon, to the parking lot of the Daejeon Middle-dong, Seopo-dong, Daejeon.
