1. On September 24, 2016, the Defendant, at the hotel hotel room located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D in Mapo-gu, 0.1g of mert ctopule, which is a local mental medicine (hereinafter “propopon”), injectedd with 0.1g water, and injected it into the blood transfusion using an injection device.

On October 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) injected the 6th floor of the G building in the H hotel room in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government with I together with I; (b) injected the opon into the water of approximately 0.15g of opon; and (c) injected it into the blood body using an injection device.

3. On October 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) injected the 6th floor of the G building in the H hotel room in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government with I together with I; and (b) injected it into the blood body using an injection device with 0.15g water; and (c) injected it into the blood body.

4. On November 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) diversed the J hotel room located in the 6th floor of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building with I while dilution approximately 0.15g of philopon into the water; and (b) administered it in a way of injection with a injection device with a divers.

5. On March 12, 2017, the Defendant administered L hotels 1503 located in Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, in a manner of drinking with water.

6. On March 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on March 12, 2017, kept one philopon 0.06g of the Defendant’s dwelling plan located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government’s 1st floor; and (b) possessed a philopon.

1. On February 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00, the Defendant purchased penphones, in cash, 3.5 million won in cash, and was issued a vinyl package containing approximately 5g of philophones.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.

2. Sale and medication of philophones.

A. On October 30, 2016, the Defendant sold and administered cash from P around October 30, 2016 at around 02:00 on October 30, 2016, in a ster in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Maternal Mo-dong.
