Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2015, around 18:30 on June 18:3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim F ( South, 51 years old) with a priority parking zone located in the residents of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, on the ground that he was able to set up a G bargaining vehicle owned by the victim’s father in the parking zone E zone; and (b) threatened the victim with “influence of death” and “influence of death,” by taking the head of the victim’s body.
