A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special assault Defendant: (a) on July 25, 2016, at “E” in the operation of the Victim D (50 aged) located in Masung-gun, Namsung-gun, 09:25 on July 25, 2016; and (b) on the ground that the Defendant was deprived of his/her sublime’s death due to agrochemicals sold by the victim, the Defendant

gas guns, which are dangerous objects, shall be removed;

In other words, the victim's face was launched and stringed on the floor, and the boomed sublime was "I am unable to do so due to the misunderstanding of agrochemicals."

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

2. Violation of the Act on the Safety Control of Firearms, Swords, Explosives, Etc.;

A. On July 25, 2016, at around 09:25, the Defendant launched gas guns (total names: e.g., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e

Accordingly, the Defendant used a gas gun even though it is not a case where the permitted use or there is no other justifiable reason.

B. From around July 25, 2016 to around July 25, 2016, the Defendant owned gas sprayers (H, total name: 2, and total number : fire) purchased from the Defendant’s house located in the Nam-gun G, and without obtaining permission from the competent authority, and without obtaining permission from the competent authority.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed a gas gun without obtaining permission from the competent authorities.
