A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2018, the Defendant was subject to a disposition to transfer home protection cases at Jeju District Public Prosecutor's Office on February 21, 2018, and on January 30, 2018, the Defendant was subject to the disposition to transfer the case at Jeju District Public Prosecutor's Office on February 21, 2018.
