A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

859,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Around 04:00 on May 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) deducted some of the tobacco smokes from F along with F in his own Eststren vehicle parked on the north-gu D street; and (b) smoked in such a way as to put in the shot leaves (hereinafter referred to as “mariju”), flady in the shotum (hereinafter referred to as “mariju”), flady (i.e., one minute, approximately 0.3g), flady, and fladying in the estren vehicle.

2. On June 2015, around 21:00, the Defendant smoked in the pipe that was parked on the street near “H Party G” located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, in a pipe that made it possible for the Defendant to put in the pipe that was filled by I along with I for gambling (ordinary one minute, approximately 0.3g) and attached a fire to it, and smoked in the way of smoking.

3. The Defendant received 200,000 won from I at the same time and place as Paragraph 2, and traded approximately 10,000 g of hemp.

4. On August 2015, the Defendant parked in the above passenger vehicle parked in the same place as paragraph 2, around 21:00, around 21:00, along with I, for the maribage of marijuana (one minute in ordinary, about 0.3g) in the same manner as Paragraph 1, and smoked.

5. The Defendant received 200,000 won from the above I at the time, time, and place, as set forth in paragraph 4, and traded approximately 10 g of hemp.

6. On September 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) parked in the above passenger car parked in the same place as Paragraph (1) around 03:28 at the same time as that of paragraph (1) of the said car, along with J, and smoked by the Defendant, in the same manner as Paragraph (1).

7. On October 22, 2015, at around 20:46, the Defendant smoked by having the marithic quantity of marijuana (ordinary one minute, approximately 0.3g), together with the marithic seal, within the said passenger car parked in the same place as paragraph 1, in the manner described in paragraph 1.

8. On October 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 200,000 from I for the said car parked in the same place as Paragraph (2) at around 23:00; and (b) purchased and sold approximately 10,000 g for marijuana.

9. The Defendant at around 01:50 on November 18, 2015, Dongdaemun-gu Seoul.
