A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

A. On August 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased 600 feet (an amount equivalent to approximately KRW 20,000) for a malewater, who is a local mental medicine, in the toilet located in Thailand cock at around 01:00 on August 12, 2016; and (b) one set (a) for “MDMA” (a one name X-si; hereinafter referred to as “MMA”), which is a local mental medicine, from the Republic of Korea, to the local malewater.

B. The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in the above paragraph (a) above, administered the EXP in a way that puts one of the two departments (in half, half of half, 0.14g) into the military register and puts one of them into the military register and takes it together with beer.

around 10:45 on February 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased the above paragraph (a) in Gangnam-gu Seoul E street; and (b) possessed the X-gu Ban (A. 0.14g) remaining after being administered as prescribed in the above paragraph (b) in his/her hand.

2. No person shall trade or smoke marijuana in violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On October 2016, around 03:00, the Defendant purchased the vinyl (mari-in marijuana leaves), which was parked in the “G club” parking lot located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, with the delivery of approximately 300,000 won to H and approximately 2g of marijuana (mari-in marijuana leaves).

B. At around 02:00 on November 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) smoked in the following behind the Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “J” in a way of cutting off part of the tobacco opening’s beginning; and (b) smoked in the form of a smoke generated by putting off the maribage (ordinary, once 0.5g for about 0.5g) purchased as in the same paragraph as in the foregoing paragraph (a) and then turning off the maribage, which he purchased in the form of the said paragraph.
