A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall trade, or smoke in, marijuana.

1. The point of trade of marijuana;

A. On February 2016, at around 19:00, the Defendant purchased D’s Bosch Rexroth car (E) parked in the Gangnam-gu Seoul apartment apartment parking lot following Gangnam-gu Seoul, with cash of KRW 300,000,000 and delivery of 2g of hemp.

B. On March 22, 2016, the Defendant, at the residence of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F and 1003, purchased a cash of KRW 500,000 through the “H”, which is a seller of narcotics (i.e., one (ii) and a smartphone text message, to purchase KRW 10,000 by means of the Internet search, and (iii) to directly receive KRW 500,000 in cash from the “H,” a seller of narcotics (i.e., one (ii) and a smartphone text message (i.e., one).

The Defendant: (a) to purchase 200,000,000 g of marijuana from the message of smartphone text messages to the next influor (one name, one (one (one (one) name, and the other (one (one (1.1680BC) using the aforesaid method; (b) to transfer the same amount to the person influorial name; and (c) to the above J around June 16, 2016; and (d) to return the same influorial name, one (one (1680BC) by the same method.

The purchase was made in the way of directly receiving 20g marijuana.

2. Points of smoking marijuana;

A. On February 2016, at around 20:0, the Defendant 20:00, parked on the apartment following the apartment set forth in “No. 1-A” at the lower parking lot, with D, put in tobacco pipe, put the maribage (ordinaryly about 0.5g for one minute) into tobacco pipe, attached the maribage, and smoked in the way of turning the mariage into coaches and entering the marib.

Accordingly, the defendant smoked marijuana in collusion with D.

B. The Defendant was parked in a parking lot near the residence described in Paragraph 1-B at night on the same day as “No. 1-A”.
