Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On January 13, 2016, Defendant A was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Suwon District Court on March 7, 2016 and completed the execution of the above punishment.
【Criminal Facts】
Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.
1. The Defendants’ co-offenderd Defendants conspired to purchase Metephopon (one-name “Handphone” hereinafter) together with O, and Defendant A transferred KRW 370,000 to Q account in the name of P used by O on June 26, 2019, KRW 370,000 as the price for philopon, and then, around 21:00 on the same day, Defendant N’s co-defendantd with 0.6g of philopon in Defendant N’s car, which was parked in the land adjacent to Sho-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to purchase philophones.
2. Defendant A
A. On January 5, 2019, at around 01:00, the Defendant accepted philophones by means of searching two philophones with approximately 0.2g 0.2g of philophones put in by U before leaving the door in the Daejeon Seo-gu Ttel.
B. On June 26, 2019, around 21:20, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.2 gramopon into the paper World Cup in the Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon; (b) dilution with water; and (c) administered phiopon by drinking it.
3. Defendant N
A. On January 6, 2019, around the new wall, the Defendant received a one-time injection device with approximately 0.1g of philopon from U car parked in the 3rd parking lot of Daejeon U.S. Seo-gu Xtel underground, Daejeon, and received philopon free of charge.
B. On January 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) parked in the Z parking lot located in Daejeon Sung-gu Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon, by inserting approximately 0.1g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected phiphones into the arms by dilution them with water.
C. On June 26, 2019, the Defendant inserted approximately 0.2 grams in a one-time injection machine in the Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, Incheon, for sale and dilution with water.
