Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On July 13, 2014, the Defendant transferred KRW 300,000 to D on the street in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Incheon, for that reason, sent approximately 0.15g of psychotropic drugs from D, Metroptopian (hereinafter “philopon”), and 0.15g of psychotropic drugs from D, and then injected approximately 0.05g of the philopon from the Fel in Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, for one-time use at the same night and night on the same day.
Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he purchased and sold psychotropic drugs, and administered psychotropic drugs.
B. On July 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) remitted KRW 3.50,00 to D in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City On the street around July 17, 2014; (b) purchased 0.2 gramphones from D in return; (c) on July 18, 2014, posted approximately 0.05 g of the said rophones in Helel located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City on the new wall, into a one-time injection machine; and (d) injected them into the Defendant’s arms by dilution it with water.
Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he purchased and sold psychotropic drugs, and administered psychotropic drugs.
C. On August 23, 2014, the Defendant transferred KRW 2.50,00 to D in the street near the subway station in Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, for that reason, he saw approximately 0.2g of opononon from D, and took approximately 0.2g of opononon from D around August 26, 2014, and injected approximately 0.05g of the opononon into the Defendant’s arms by dilution located in the Hongsung-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Hong-gun around August 26, 2014.
Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he purchased and sold psychotropic drugs, and administered psychotropic drugs.
On September 9, 2014, the Defendant remitted KRW 1.50,000 to D from Nelel located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu around September 9, 2014, as a result, 0.1g of philopon from D, and put approximately 0.05g of philopon in the same place as the oopon in the same day on the same day, and dilution with water.
