피고인은 같은 날 위 사이트에 ‘롤렉스 서브마리너 시계를 판매하겠다’라는 취지로 허위 내용의 글을 게시하고, 이를 보고 연락한 피해자 C에게 위 F을 사칭하여 F의 주민등록증 사진과 계좌번호를 보여주면서 시계를 판매할 것처럼 거짓말을 하였다.

2. 피해자 G에 대한 사기 피고인은 제1항 기재 일시, 장소에서, 위 E 사이트에 H이 게시한 ‘롤렉스 데이저스트 시계를 판매한다’라는 글을 보고 H에게 구매의사를 밝힌 다음, H의 주민등록증 사진과 계좌번호를 받았다.

피고인은 같은 날 위 사이트에 ‘롤렉스 서브마리너 13년 7월식을 판매하겠다’라는 취지로 허위 내용의 글을 게시하고, 이를 보고 연락한 피해자 G에게 위 H을 사칭하여 H의 주민등록증 사진과 계좌번호를 보여주면서 시계를...
