1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the above sentence shall be executed.

1. Defendant A

A. 2. Defendant B is a person who was engaged in the sales of used machinery and tools.

On February 27, 2019, the Defendant had access to “G”, which is a trading site of used goods, and had the victim C and the victim E purchase electric wires, the market price and quantity of which cannot be known, which he stolen from “G”.
