Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around 16:00 on January 28, 2016, the Defendant stolen an electric cable equivalent to KRW 531,00 (10/2 cable 300) at the market price owned by the victim (a week) who was on board a cable in the Co., Ltd. in the Co., Ltd., and “25/4 cable 300 square meters” equivalent to KRW 1,461,000 at the market price; (b) “16/4 cable 300 square meters at the market price” equivalent to KRW 2,289,000 at the market price; and (c) HF-IX 4 short line 6,5,380 won at the market price; and (d) by carrying an electric cable equivalent to KRW 4,936,380 on the truck.

The Defendant, as in the foregoing manner, stolen the electric wires worth KRW 33,133,480 in total eight times, such as the one copy of the annexed crime list 1.

2. On March 26, 2016, at around 15:45, the Defendant intruded upon a structure, the Defendant released a correction device to a key owned by company employees to commute to and from work at ordinary times for the purpose of theft of property by taking advantage of any cresh in which the company employees left and do not leave, and opened an entrance, and intruded into the structure managed by the victim E twice in total from that time until around 26th of the same month, including the opening of and entering the entrance.

3. The Defendant is a thief who was working in G’s “G” company operated by the Victim F as a stief.

On October 12, 2016, the Defendant stolen KRW 95,000 in cash, which the victim was posted in the “G” office operated by the said victim H in the Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and the books on which the victim was posted, as well as KRW 95,00 in cash.
