Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

(a) If a foreigner who entered the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa in Jeju-do intends to move to another airport or harbor within Jeju-do to Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa for the purpose of tourism and passage in violation of the Special Act on the Establishment of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and the Development of Free International City (hereinafter referred to as “Do”), he

The Defendant, as a Chinese national, entered Jeju-do with the help of the said Brazil, entered Jeju-do as if he was a tourist, and was willing to illegally stay there. On August 25, 2013, the Defendant started the Chinese Grand Airport and entered Jeju-do as an aircraft without a visa.

After that, on August 29, 2013, the Defendant met the bromoer, a Korean citizen registration certificate and boarding passes, which he prepared in advance, on the non-Korean male resident registration certificate and boarding passes at the non-Korean port, and went out of Jeju-do and arrived at the non-Korean area located outside Jeju-do.

Accordingly, the Defendant entered the airport of Jeju-do without the above visa and moved to another area of the Republic of Korea without obtaining the permission of the Minister of Justice for extension of sojourn area.

B. The illegal stay and illegal employment Defendant A exceeded the area of Jeju-do as seen in the foregoing paragraph (a), and stayed in Busan-do from September 24, 2013 to June 7, 2017 without the status of stay.
