The sentence of punishment against the Defendants shall be suspended separately.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a teacher in charge of FJ (five years of age) in the "E Child Care Center" in Pyeongtaek-si C Apartment D, and Defendant B is the director in charge of the above child care center.

1. No person who is a defendant A shall commit emotional abuse against a child that may injure the mental health and development of the child;

A. On or around March 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around March 13, 2018, at the instant child-care center Felling Class; (b) around the classroom, the victim G (the victim G (the victim 4 years of age) faced with other friendships within the classroom; (c) was able to sit the victim at the seat right side of the fence; and (d) was unable to do so; (c) was allowed to sit the victim separately from other children after commencement of the school; and (d) was not paid teaching materials only to the victim; and (d) took a cell phone of the victim’s teaching materials, she took lessons using the cell phone in which the victim reported the teaching materials; and (d) took the teaching materials together with the victim, she was frightened, frighting the victim on his/her own seat, frightening him/her, she was forced to sit at the victim’s body and forced him/her to do so; and (d) left the victim’s body by failing to do so.

B. On March 14, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime around March 14, 2018, around March 14, 2018, put the victim’s arms, who was frightened with other relatives, frightened with the victim, frighted with the victim’s arms, leading the victim, sitting the victim on the front door of the front door and the front door of the front door.
