Punishment of the crime

1. Special larceny;

A. On August 28, 2016, around 23:12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) went to a restaurant operated by the victim D (E) in Mapopo City C; (b) laid a gate in the glass window; and (c) laid down the 65,000 won in cash owned by the victim; and (d) took 78,500 won in tobacco equivalent to KRW 13,50 in the market price; and (e) stolen the Defendant, with property equivalent to KRW 3,500 in cash owned by the victim, in the

On September 10, 2016, at around 23:28, the Defendant came to a restaurant of the above “E”, and then melted the vinyl which was left to prevent the gap of the shoulder glass window due to the above paragraph (a) with the string of the string, and stolen the said victim’s property worth KRW 95,000 in total, including the cash 5,000, market price of KRW 90,000, and the tobacco 20,000 in the string of the string.

2. On September 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on September 15, 2016, opened a side door to the cafeteria operated by the victim G in Sinpo City F; and (b) intruded into the cafeteria to the place of calculation, and stolen the cash owned by the victim and the 7,000 won.
