A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 23, 2020, the Defendant: (a) on February 23, 2020, the victim B was in the “D beauty room” operated by the victim B in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) opened and opened a window of the above beauty room and opened it, and (c) placed the above beauty room in the market price, which is the victim’s possession, women’s fluor and the cash amount of KRW 40,000,000,000,000,000 won, owned by the victim.

On February 23, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 04:50 on February 23, 2020, on the “G” restaurant for the “G” operation of the victim E on the second floor of the building in Ulsan-gu F building, Ulsan-gu; (b) opened and opened a window with no outer walls of the above building up to the second floor; and (c) stored the cash amount of KRW 30,000,000, which is one of the victims’ possession in the said safe; and (d) stolen it.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.
