Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the Korean Public Officials' Union.

1. No person who obstructs general traffic shall damage or fire a road, waterway, or bridge, or obstruct traffic by any other means;

On March 28, 2015, from around 10:0 to 16:10 on March 28, 2015, the Defendant participated in an assembly of the “Resolution Resolution for the United States Armed Forces for the Modern Culture Mar. 28, 2015.”

At around 16:15 on the same day, the Defendant entered the area of 5,00 participants in the assembly, and occupied all lanes in the direction of the direction of the right side of the MGart Commission, and created relief to the front road of the MGart Commission, and as a result, it was prevented by the police from driving on the front road of the above LGart Commission, and led to the flow of the vehicle in the direction of the MGG direction for about 55 minutes by holding the two directions, from about 17:10 to about 17:10 to about 55 minutes, the Defendant got off the flow of the vehicle in the direction of the MG.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on the land.

2. Violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act;

(a) No one who participates in an assembly shall hold any outdoor assembly or stage any demonstration at a place within one hundred meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building;

On May 6, 2016, at around 13:30, the Defendant: (a) participated in the conference of the co-ordination headquarters for the prevention of the outlined public pension (a short name), together with 300 employees belonging to the co-ordination headquarters for the prevention of the outlined public pension; (b) participated in the conference for the resolution of the public official pension opening-up campaign; (c) participated in the conference with approximately 150 participants; and (d) moved to the front door of the National Assembly in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul National Assembly as soon as possible. The Defendant, from around 14:15 to around 20:00 of the same day, she called “the suspension of the public official pension opening-up” along with the above 150 persons at the front door of the parliamentary election of the National Assembly.
