A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The point of violation of traffic obstruction and dispersion order on June 2, 2011;

A. On June 2, 201, from around 22:00 on June 2, 201 to 23:15 of the same day, the Defendant was interfering with traffic by participating in an unreported meeting, which was held by the Union, prior to the Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Office, in an assembly for the implementation of the anti-value registration deposit, and occupying a road with approximately 50 participants in the assembly, thereby creating a relief such as “performance of anti-value registration deposit without any condition” while occupying a road with approximately 50 participants, thereby hindering traffic by in collusion with the participants in the above assembly.

B. The Defendant violated an order of dispersion, while participating in an unreported meeting at the above place, was requested to voluntarily dissolve at around 22:01 on June 2, 201 from the guard of the same police station and the head of the same police station, who was authorized by the chief of the relevant police station, on the ground that it was an unreported meeting. On June 2, 201, the Defendant violated the order of dispersion by failing to immediately dissolve even when he received the first order of dispersion at around 22:15 on the same day from the above guard and around 22:28 on the same day, the second order of dispersion at around 22:28 on the same day, and the third order of dispersion

2. The point of violation of traffic obstruction and dispersion order on August 20, 2011;

A. On August 20, 201, from around 17:00 to 18:20 of the same day, the Defendant took part in the “Dlue Assembly”, a non-reported assembly, which was held as a “Dlue Federation” before the chamber of commerce and industry located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Southern-gu, Seoul, and took part in the “Dlue Assembly” (hereinafter “Dlue Assembly”) and took part in the “Korean Workers and Si Council”, with approximately 4,00 participants at the above place to the end of the time in the same Gu, and led them to the formation of a road for relief, thereby interfering with the traffic by in collusion with the participants of the above assembly to the end of the time in the same Gu.

B. The Defendant, in violation of the dispersion order, was a non-reported assembly at the same police station guard and the head of the same police station who was authorized by the Chief of Seodaemun-gu Police Station while participating in a non-reported assembly as above in the foregoing solar.
