Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on April 4, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 12, 2013.

On July 2012, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that goods are sold on the Internet site without intent or ability to sell the goods with B, C, and goods known through the Internet NAV PP, and conspired to acquire the goods from the victims.

1. 피고인은 B과 공모하여, 2012. 8. 25.경 여수시 소재 상호불상의 피씨방에서 인터넷 네이버 D 카페 사이트에 접속하여 ‘아이팟’을 판매한다는 내용의 글을 게시하고, 그 글을 보고 연락한 피해자 E에게 아이팟 판매대금 14만 원을 먼저 입금하면 입금 확인을 한 후 아이팟을 택배로 보내주겠다고 거짓말을 하였다.

The Defendant and B received 140,000 won in total from the victim’s bank account (Account Number:F) in the name of the Defendant’s name on the same day, and received 1,100,000 won in total five times from the same day to August 30, 2012 from the same day, as shown in the List of Crimes (1).

Accordingly, in collusion with B, the Defendant received property by deceiving victims.

2. 피고인은 B, C과 공모하여, 2012. 9. 8.경 서울 소재 상호불상의 피씨방에서 인터넷 네이버 D 카페 사이트에 접속하여 ‘아이팟’을 판매한다는 내용의 글을 게시하고, 그 글을 보고 연락한 피해자 G에게 아이팟 판매대금 15만원을 먼저 입금하면 입금 확인을 한 후 아이팟을 택배로 보내주겠다고 거짓말을 하였다.
