1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won;
2. Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed fraud; (b) forged private documents; and (c) forged and falsified documents; and (b) obtained permission from the victim C to open a mobile phone using the name of E in the name of E on April 6, 2012; (c) despite the absence of such permission, the Defendant was permitted to open a mobile phone in the name of E in the name of the father of the victim; and (d) obtained such permission from the said E.
In preparing a new service contract by making a false statement, the name of the customer who applied for membership entered the “E” in the name column of the “E” resident registration number, signed the “E” in the customer column, and received one cell phone from the victim immediately after delivering the document to the victim who does not know that the document was forged.
As a result, the Defendant forged a new service contract, which is a private document on the rights and obligations in the name of E, and exercised it, and by deceiving the victim as above, received one cell phone of 830,000 won at the market price owned by the victim from the victim.
2. On May 20, 2013, the Defendant listened to the Defendant’s speech that he/she needs to use his/her mobile phone from his/her wife, and that he/she was permitted from his/her wife to open his/her mobile phone using his/her name, despite the fact that he/she did not permit him/her to open his/her mobile phone in his/her name, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, and he/she obtained permission from G to open his/her mobile phone in his/her name and make it available for G to receive and use his/her mobile phone in his/her name.
