A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for fraud by the Daegu District Court.

Criminal facts

The Defendant, who was engaged in the mobile phone sales business, was faced with economic difficulties, had a person living expenses by opening another person’s mobile phone and selling it through other persons’ mobile phone.

1. On November 22, 2016, the Defendant forged private documents and falsified the same events at the D's mobile phone sales store located in 1 Dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, on November 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) applied for the alteration of the mobile phone device to the Defendant, “If one additional unit of the mobile phone exists, he may purchase the mobile phone which applied for the alteration of the terminal at a low cost; (b) as if one unit of the mobile phone is opened in fact, not through the mobile phone, but through the computer, he/she is registered at a low cost; (c) the penalty is not imposed at all, and (d) the Defendant entered the mobile phone with the driver's license of the F's license issued by E, and made the Defendant enter the new mobile phone opening in the name of the user in charge of the application for the alteration of the mobile phone, and (c) made the Defendant enter the new mobile phone opening in the name "M.T.T." column "M." in the name column for entry.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a new service contract in the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations without authority, and exercised a forged new contract.

2. Forgery and display of private documents on January 25, 2017;

A. On January 25, 2017, the Defendant’s mobile phone K agency operated by Ma in Daegu-gu L, Daegu-gu L, and the Defendant’s termination of the mobile phone opened to E under the foregoing paragraph 1.
